Shipping and fulfillment

Oak and Spur is an online retailer. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers. Items in the same order may ship separately, and processing and delivery times can vary by product and supplier.

Processing and delivery estimates

Most items are estimated to ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Standard shipping within the United States is estimated to take 5–8 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Where a product page provides a different processing or delivery estimate, use that item-specific estimate. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. If items ship separately, tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Shipping destinations and options

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Expedited options are available only where offered at checkout.
