Refund policy

*Refund Policy:* > We want you to love your Oak and Spur pieces. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Custom, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. To start a return, email dsaltzman15@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
