Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your Oak and Spur pieces. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Custom, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email info@oakandspur.com with your order number and reason for return. Contact us before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return destination for your item.

Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, so return destinations can vary by item. Do not send an item to the business mailing address below or assume that the address on the shipping label is the correct return destination.

Return shipping and refunds

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
